Aphrodite Halloumi is an authentic, traditional Cypriot cheese, selected by Will Studd. This artisan product is still shaped by hand, and made from a combination of goat and ewe's milk. The high fat content from in the ewe's milk ensures a delicious golden crust when frying, and the goat's milk gives each piece a gentle and satisfying elasticity with a lemony twang.
Will Studd Aphrodite Halloumi sings as both hero and side dish—think burger layer, breakfast side or fresh and oozy on top of your favourite salad.
